How to Volunteer

Join our Volunteer Involvement Program Team

If you are dedicated and have a passion for enhancing health care in your community and are willing to work as a team, please consider volunteering with the Sheep River Health Trust.

We are a non-profit organization and like many others we have several opportunities available ranging from leadership to data entry to fundraising activities.

Who May Volunteer

The Sheep River Health Trust welcomes volunteer applications from individuals or corporations who:

  • are dedicated and have a passion for enhancing health care in your community, you can volunteer
  • have something valuable to contribute
  • wish to volunteer to gain work experience or credits for school or university classes

How to Begin

Step #1 – Please review a list of our volunteer opportunities by reviewing our new Volunteer Involvement Program Brochure.  For a PDF copy, please click here.

Step #2 - Complete our Volunteer Involvement Application Form.  For a PDF copy, please click here.

Step #3 – Drop your application off at the Sheep River Health Trust office in the Okotoks Health and Wellness Centre or at Admitting at Oilfields Hospital and someone will contact you shortly.
