Tania Willumsen


Tania Willumsen has over 40 years experience as a senior executive in the institutional investment management and pension industries. A past director of the Institute of Corporate Directors, she has been a frequent speaker on investing and corporate governance.


She has spent the past 17 years as a director of several corporate and not for profit boards. These include: Past Chair of the Alberta Motor Association, Past Chair and Director of Bridgewater Bank and Chair of the Audit Committee, AMA Insurance Company and Chair of the Audit Committee, Chair of AMA Properties and Chair, Investment Committee for the Canada Council for the Arts, and Killam Trust Endowment Fund and the Foundation for the Advancement of Investor Rights. In the Okotoks area she serves as a Director of the Foothills Country Hospice Society and the Sheep River Health Trust.


Throughout her life, she has been an active participant in the not for profit sector serving on numerous boards in the arts, children’s welfare and healthcare.
